The First International Conference on Media Education in the Middle East – Riyadh, 4-7 March 2007

The First Conference on Media Education was organized by the Arabian Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Mentor Association and the Capital Center for Conferences & Exhibitions under Generous auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques King Abdullah Bin AbdulAziz at King Faisal Hall for Conferences in Riyadh City.

This conference brought together educators, experts, international organizations representatives and media producers to share their work and learn from each other. The conference discussed the international experiments in the field of media education and the learned lessons in this concern and how developing countries can benefit from these experiences.
